The Baldrige Education Criteria for Performance Excellence
A Student Centered Strategic Management Framework that integrates all systems within an organization to drive quality and achieve corporate goals. By starting with leadership and strategic planning, institutions can create a culture to continuously improve, stimulate competitive success, and emphasize and improve linkages between departments. The Criteria provide a systems approach for performance management that aligns an organization's strategy and resources to increase value to all stakeholders and improve financial performance.
The Criteria reflect validated, leading-edge, management practices against which an organization can measure itself. Accepted internationally as the model for performance excellence, the Criteria represent a common language for sharing best practices among organizations.
